Join Empowered Cycling & Strength Studio for FREE Introductory classes featuring cycling and strength training! Get your cardio in while riding our state-of-the-art bikes. Plus, experience how LIT (Low Impact Technique) meets HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). You’ll learn how Empowered workouts will help you improve muscular strength and endurance. As part of this event, you’ll have an opportunity to tour our facility, learn about bike setup and safety and we’ll review proper weightlifting technique.
Bikes are spaced based on CT Sector Guidelines. Space is extremely limited. Please do not register if you are not 100% sure you are able to attend.
